Cvach & Jones Realty, LLC is a licensed real estate firm in both South Dakota and Wyoming and is considered a boutique brokerage/firm, which is an independent real estate firm that offers personalized experience for agents and clients. Not surprisingly, a boutique brokerage is a small group where everyone works together and is not associated with any national/ larger real estate firms. One of the biggest advantages of choosing to work with us is that we offer dedicated attention to clients. Since our company is smaller, that means a smaller agent-to client-ratio.

Born and Raised in the Northern Black Hills and raised her family in the Northern Plains of South Dakota. Polly started her Real Estate Career nearly 20 years ago. She puts the relationship between she and her clients, buyers and sellers first and foremost. Polly provides all of her sellers and buyers with the most personal service and attention to detail. Her passion is helping others realize their dreams. When selling your property, her marketing plan includes, but not limited to pre-listing repair and staging recommendations. Polly’s knowledge and experience in New Construction and re-sale, residential, single family, multi-family and residential development properties. As well as agriculture, commercial, and industrial development properties. Polly’s experience also includes real estate appraisal experience over the past 14 years in New Construction, re sale, residential, industrial and commercial with government and secondary market. Her vast knowledge of South Dakota and the economic trends in the Real Estate Industry and local and State economy is an incredible asset to all of her clients. In the past she has served on the local Chamber of Commerce Boards, County Commissioner, Realtor for Kids Board and Butte/Lawrence County Fair Board. County Assessor and Planning Director of local government. Giving her the knowledge and access to resources within the State and local communities. Polly will always put her best foot forward and go above and beyond when representing buyers, sellers and real estate investors in South Dakota and Wyoming.

Born and raised in the Black Hills, Ashlee Cvach (pronounced SWAHK) is a licensed Broker in the state of South Dakota, as well as a licensed Associate Broker in Wyoming. Ashlee is a mother of two, a member of the PTO Board, and owns and operates an earth moving and trucking business alongside her husband, which has allowed her to truly learn the ins and outs of what it takes to be hard working and successful. Her sales experience prior to real estate shows her success in helping others to make their dreams a reality. From Dec.2016- Aug.2018, she grew and led her team of nearly 100 individuals. Within the first year she was recognized as being in the top 5 group sales, top 4 in personal sponsorship and awarded the top team leader all within a tier of a few thousand other salespeople. She was also recognized and awarded by the company for being in the U.S. Inner Circle direct personal volume court. Ashlee’s Real Estate experience includes residential, multi-family and bare land sales. Her attention to detail, integrity, determination, and work ethic has created multiple client referrals, relationships and a solid successful experience for her customers and clients. She will always make it a priority to build an honest, personable, and trusting relationship with all her clients and customers and will go above and beyond so that their experience in buying/selling or investing in real estate is as smooth and informative as possible.
